Equator Developments re-laid and
re-designed our yorkstone patio area and path, in addtion to a number of garden maintenance jobs. The team worked hard in all weather, completing the job in the time frame agreed. The work was produced to a very high standard with huge attention to detail. We are delighted with the end result which has greatly improved our garden.

Indian Sandstone Paving
Our garden was in a terrible state - a North facing clay bog (waterlogged clay) which looked like a building site covered in weeds after an earthquake! I was very embarrassed for anyone to see it. John and Chris and their team came in and have worked miracles in a very short space of time!

The indian sandstone paving is beautifully done with a substantial compacted sub base, flags set on a solid concrete bed and very neat jointing. They have put some land drains in under the new lawn to help with the drainage and I also have some fantastic raised beds made with wooden sleeper sides, so I now have some great topsoil in which to grow plants instead of the sticky clay I had before.

They were very hard working and always turned up when they said they would - don't let their youth concern you they absolutely have all the skills and experience needed for the job and we can recommend them very highly. We were also very pleased with the price they quoted for a really professional job.

Driveway and Paving
Equator Developments designed and reconfigured our driveway and paving areas. Using a mix of existing and new materials has made a significant improvement to the outside aspect of our house.
